Workshop Facility

We have a well-equipped modern workshop with required facility of high capacity, machines and lifting arrangement. The entire workshop has been developed in an area of 1800 sq. mts. in the well recognized industrial area of Noida. The workshop has successfully executed the jobs of around 100 tones weight in the field of storage tanks and has the competence in executing jobs of similar nature.

In the field of fabrication, Mangla Steels is amongst the few in the northern region who has the competence of rolling plates up to the thickness level of 100 mm with a width up to 3.5 mts of any maximum diameter and turning a job of 30 feet length& 7 feet Dia.

We also have a facility of turning M. G. Dryers. The workshop is also equipped with computerized drawing and design facilities to achieve maximum accuracy.

Quality Focus During Production Stage

Performing a quality job remains our topmost priority, hence a rigorous monitoring check is maintained at every stage of our product development. The time we receive a project from the clients, our technicians carefully study the job requirements and record them carefully and prepare the material requirements keeping into consideration Material  Codes specified by the client.

Thereafter, based on the requirement, the technical drawing is studied, if provided by the client, else, a suggestive computerized drawing is prepared as per the technical requirements of the job and is discussed with the client for its approval. Once the drawing and its QAP (Quality Assurance Process) is approved, the procurement of the material and their quality testing starts and then the testing reports are furnished to the client for their satisfaction.

Once the job starts, the work in progress reports are carefully made on a regular basis, which helps us in meeting the deadlines for a particular job. At every part of the job quality monitoring is a constant exercise by our quality control personals who remain in touch with the 3rd Party or directly to the customers as required in QAP. In the case of unit equipments like pressure vessels, we even conduct hydraulic testing to make the vessel foolproof.

Once the job is near completion, all the tests are again carried out and checked for its conformance with the client's requirements and approved drawings, and request the clients for final inspection. At last when the job gets completed, it is handed over to the client and is commissioned keeping into consideration client's satisfaction.
